3-month Internship Program

Position

Product Designer internship. You will be involved in real internal and external projects with an opportunity to steer the experience, receive feedback from clients, product and business teams for continuous improvement.

Program structure

Length:

3 months (equivalent to 480 hours)

Periods:

Stage 1 (2-4 weeks)

  • Cultivate basic product thinking and learn to draw and write different product diagrams and reports.
  • According to existing projects, familiar with business process, understand product function and structure.

    • Stage 2 (4 weeks)

  • Applying relevant or selected design technologies on particular tasks and projects, collaborating with the other team members from Product, Design, Production, Quality Assurance, and Business;
  • Fortnightly Review and Monthly Assessment before moving onto Stage 3;

    • Stage 3 (4 weeks)

  • Being assigned a particular project to complete along with the other team members from Product, Design, Production, Quality Assurance, and Business
  • Final Assessment before completing the Internship Program

    Included. Signed by both the Joidea Creative Pty Ltd and the applicant

    Insurance:

    Yes. Public Insurance covered by the Joidea Creative Pty Ltd and necessary insurance covered by the associated service providers

  • Interested in products and marketing, computing major is preferred
  • Excellent logical thinking and abstract ability, can draw different kinds of flowcharts, brain maps, etc.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Independent thinking, strong learning ability, understand basic product methodology and have certain own opinions
